About us
The law firm is a family law firm with an unbroken tradition for over 60 years. The foundations of the law firm were laid by advocate Stefan Wilicki in 1955, as one of the four co-founders of the Advocacy Team No. 1 in Gostynin, and then as a member of the Advocacy Team No. 2 in Plock. Subsequently, Stefan Wilicki’s daughter, advocate Jolanta Ząbkiewicz followed in her father’s footsteps. Advocate Jolanta Ząbkiewicz graduated from law studies at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. She then completed her judicial and advocacy training at the District Bar Council in Płock. Currently advocate Jolanta Ząbkiewicz has many years of professional experience, for many terms of office she has been a judge of the Disciplinary Court in the ORA in Płock, for her services to the advocacy she was awarded the ‘Silver Cross of Merit’ in 1989 after the change of the political system and the ‘Medal of Merit for the Advocacy’ in 2009. She specialises in civil law, family law, divorce cases, division of property, inheritance cases, criminal law, compensation, and labour law.

The firm cooperates with experienced attorneys specialising in business law, postal law, company law and mergers, and furthermore dealing with corporate law, participating in the process of merging and transforming partnerships and companies, preparing contracts and articles of association, as well as conducting negotiations.
